Have you ever read one of my blog posts and thought, “wow! They all follow a similar format”? Well, that’s not a coincidence—it’s intentional. This formula helps me generate at least 37,000 visitors per blog post.
Do you want to know the exact formula I use to write the perfect blog post? In this guide, I’m going to share my step-by-step process so you can apply it to your own blog and start seeing better results.
Before you even begin writing a blog post, you need to have a compelling title. If you don’t have a strong title, don’t start writing. Here’s why:
8 out of 10 people will read your headline.
Only 2 out of 10 people will actually click through to read the rest of your article.
No matter how amazing your content is, if your headline isn’t engaging, people won’t read it.
If you need inspiration, go to a grocery store and check out the magazines at the checkout counter. They have attention-grabbing headlines like:
“Lose Weight in 30 Days”
“How to Shed Five Pounds Fast!”
It doesn’t matter if it’s a fitness, business, or gossip magazine—catchy headlines are key.
For my own blog, I stick to “How To” and list-based titles because they consistently perform well. I don’t settle on just one variation. Instead, I create two or three versions, ask friends for their opinions, and choose the best one.
Your introduction should immediately hook the reader. For example, in this post, I started by saying:
“Do you want the formula that breaks down how I get at least 37,000 visitors per blog post?”
This grabs attention and makes the reader want to continue.
Your introduction should also include:
A bold statement to capture interest.
A quick overview of what your post will cover.
Giving readers a preview of what they’ll learn encourages them to keep reading.

Step 3: Structure Your Blog Post with Subheadings
People don’t read blog posts word for word—they skim. If your content isn’t easy to scan, it won’t perform well.
Here’s how to make your content more readable:
Use subheadings (H2, H3) to break up the text.
Keep paragraphs short—no more than 5-6 lines per paragraph.
Use bullet points or numbered lists when necessary.
Another key part of my formula is linking to other websites. Most bloggers only link to their own content, but linking to external sources boosts credibility.
By citing sources and linking to high-authority sites, you:
Establish yourself as an expert.
Build trust with your audience.
Improve your blog’s SEO.
Step 4: End with a Strong Conclusion
The conclusion should summarize your post and encourage engagement. I always end with a question to encourage comments.
Here’s why:
Comments boost engagement, making your post more visible.
Engaged readers are more likely to convert into leads or customers.
At Paddedvibez , we tested this using a scroll mat feature and found that:
Many readers scroll to the conclusion first before deciding if they’ll read the entire post.
If they like the conclusion, they’ll go back and read the rest.
That’s why I always label the last section as “Conclusion”—it makes it easy for readers to find.
Bonus Tip: Leverage External Links for More Traffic
One powerful trick most bloggers ignore is reaching out to people you link to.
When you link to someone in your post, send them a short email like this:
Subject: Just linked to you!
“Hey [Name],
I’m a huge fan of your work, and I just linked to you in my latest blog post. You can check it out here: [link].
Cheers,
[Your Name]
P.S. If you shared it, it would make my day!”
Most people love getting backlinks and won’t mind sharing your post on social media. This can drive extra traffic to your blog.
