Step-by-Step Guide to Automating Blog Posts

1. Set Up a Content Document  I started by creating a Google document with the following headers:
   • Keyword ( SEO-friendly)
   • Title
   • Excerpt
2. Keyword and Title Research To target Pinterest traffic, I started Using tools like PinClicks (an analytics platform for Pinterest), I researched trending topics. For example, in the “Crafts” niche, I found ideas like:
   • “Easy Winter Crafts for Kids”
   • “Beaded Pipe Cleaner Snowflakes”
   Once I identified a keyword, I used the Harpa Chrome extension to run a prompt that generated 10 potential article titles. I also make use of ahrefs, semrush and Google keyword planner to research low competitive keywords for search engines like Google and bing. Once i gather all these seo keywords then the next step follows..
3. Automating Blog Post Creation I integrated my Google docs keywords with a Premium tool called (blogify automation) a powerful blogging automation tool. We make use of the premium enterprise version. You can purchase lesser versions if you have just one or two blogs.

Blogify can repurpose content like YouTube Video, Podcast, e-Commerce Products, & almost any audio, video, image, webpage, documents from up to 40+ sources into a blog. It also helps you to automatically publish, schedule & share to increase your online presence & growth. And make sure you’re repurposing your own content to a blog, to avoid copyright issues.  If you don’t have any platform, kindly hire writers to handle the blog content writings on your blog.

1. Here’s how the workflow functions:
   • Make checks for new rows in the Google Docs every 5 minutes.
   • If a new row is detected, it triggers blogify to write an article based on the title and keyword.
   • The content is converted to HTML and published on WordPress in the correct format.
   This automation saves hours of manual work and ensures consistent output.
2. Enhancing SEO I configured the workflow on blogify to automatically generate:
   • An SEO-friendly slug (e.g., pipe-cleaner-snowflakes).
   • A meta description for search engines. This is possible with the premium version.  Or hire Paddedvibez writers to handle all that for you.

Creating Eye-Catching, social media posts and Pinterest Pins.

Visual content is critical for driving traffic to blogs. I use AI tools and canva to design Pinterest-style images with attention-grabbing text overlays. Here’s my process:

• Use a saved AI prompt to generate a pin image description (e.g., “A clean Pinterest-style image featuring a snowy winter theme”).
• Create the image using AI software, ensuring it matches my blog’s aesthetic.
• Generate and upload images in multiple formats, including 9:16 for pins and 16:9 for blog headers.

Once the pin is ready, I upload it to Pinterest with a title and description pulled from the blog. Alternatively,  you can design your Pinterest or social media post, using tools like canva templates 

Final Touches and Scaling

Although our workflows are already functional, we plan to refine them further:

• Improve image resolution and design quality.
• Automate pin uploads directly to Pinterest.
• Expand this system to cover additional niches.
